Adorned with golden stars, a wooden label, and a turned wooden lid for the 190g candle, the Sapin (Pine) candle brings the warm, enveloping notes of a freshly cut tree into your home.
For the festive season, DIPTYQUE unveils an enchanted forest, conceived in collaboration with artist Jean-Simon Roch. Inspired by the enduring warmth and natural beauty of wood, the collection brings together limited-edition scented candles, eau de parfum, gift sets, and art objects in a world filled with poetic figures and winter traditions. A dialogue between art and savoir-faire that invites you to celebrate the holidays in a special way.
Your DIPTYQUE candle is an exceptional artisanal creation and deserves the greatest of care.
Here are some tips to optimize its lifespan and ensure safe use:
When lighting the candle for the first time, let it burn until an even layer of liquid wax has formed (approx. 4 hours, depending on the scent). This prevents the wax from tunneling and allows the wicks to properly absorb the wax, ensuring an even burn. When lit for the first time, the wicks may produce a small amount of smoke.
After the first time it is lit, do not leave the candle burning for more than 4 hours at a time.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Do not move a burning or still-hot candle.
Keep away from drafts.
Leave at least 10 cm of space between two candles.
Trim the wick with wick trimmers before relighting your candle (ideal length: 3 to 5 mm) to avoid fire hazards.
Burn time: approx. 50 hours (190g)
Burn time: approx. 20 hours (70g)
